  • Actively participate in community health and education initiatives

Culture at Geisinger

Caring is our purpose and at the heart of our culture. Our nurses treat each other with respect and compassion, embrace diversity and take time to connect and listen. By routinely seeking employee feedback, we’ve been able to build new programs and improve on existing processes. In fact, we launch new programs every year as a direct result of this feedback. Here are just a few of the ways we’re doing more to care for you and each other:

  • Expanded Benefits Package

Our comprehensive package includes fertility coverage, gender reassignment and adoption assistance. Read our full benefits

  • Employee Resource Groups
